Responsibilities

  1. Each will be elected from the membership during the annual planning meeting
  2. Two year terms for each leadership representative with half one year other half next year
  3. Participate in Conference planning committee
  4. Must be a member in good standing (attended half the monthly meetings)

 

Chairman
Facilitate monthly meeting
Coordinate with ARDOL consultation
Attend regional safety conferences promoting SHARP/VPP
Ensure training/speaker available for monthly meeting

SHARP Co-Chair
Ensure that all SHARP facilities are informed of association activities
Attend regional safety conferences for promotion of SHARP/VPP
Facilitate monthly meeting in absent of chairman and VPP Co-Chair
Ensure meetings follow the Roberts rules of order

VPP Co-Chair
Ensure that all VPP facilities are informed of association activities
Facilitate monthly meeting in absent of chairman
Attend regional safety conferences for promotion of SHARP/VPP
Assist Chairman in soliciting speakers for monthly training topics
Ensure the guidelines are followed by the SHARP/VPP Association

Regional Coordinators, NE, SE, Central, NW, SW
Attend regional safety conferences for promotion of SHARP / VPP
Facilitate / Participate in local safety committees
Attend monthly Association meetings
Be a source for mentoring locally in their respective areas
